Exit West Corporate Development Programs (CDPs) are custom designed to address the culture, objectives and expertise of our Corporate Partners.  Fundamentally, a CDP channels team members into totally unique theatre of learning and development.  The methodology of the Team Coach is designed to achieve key development goals of individuals, teams and organizations.

In addition to working on a community development project; there may be opportunities to engage local markets or academic institutions around the product or service of the Corporate Partner.

Domestic Training & Preparation typically consists of 2 half-day sessions occurring 6 weeks & 2 weeks prior to departure.  This is how we build realistic expectations in the Team Members regarding the logistics of the week.  Our Work Team Coach also begins unpacking the vision for the Coach & Learn sessions that happen daily on-site.

Domestic Debrief & Reporting is a half-day session occurring 7 – 10 days after the Work Team has returned home.  It is often at this point that Team Members realize the depth of learning and relationship-building that has occurred on the Work Team.  Further coaching and facilitation solidifies this learning and the professional integration of new skills.  We also carefully equip team members to share their experiences with different communities and networks.  This helps mitigate the impact of “re-entry” on their personal lives and establishes a strong foundation for corporate PR and communications.
