The Exit West Model directly engages 3 significant Partners. Corporate Partner Exit West Corporate Partners are the companies and associations that choose Exit West as an investment into employee & organizational development. A typical Corporate Partner is currently investing in areas of employee fulfillment & motivation, professional capacity building, and corporate citizenship - and views Exit West as an opportunity to address these 3 areas simultaneously. The Corporate Partner builds a Work Team by selecting individuals they wish to participate in the Exit West corporate development program. This Work Team might represent a cross-section of the entire corporate culture or be comprised of a group of district managers. NGO Partner Exit West NGO (Non-government organization) Partners are typically grass roots international development agencies located in each of the countries/communities we serve. With years of experience and support behind them, they pursue sustainable, holistic, community-driven projects. They are staffed by dedicated local and international development workers. Exit West Programs are designed with the acute knowledge and cultural understanding of our NGO Partner to help ensure authenticity of outcomes for all stakeholders. Coaching Partners Exit West Work Team Coaches are the professionals who work to deliver the organizational development & effectiveness outcomes that our Corporate Partners are seeking. Working with the team on the project site and during evening sessions; the Work Team Coach equips the Team Members to realize and own the learning that occurs daily. Exit West Work Team Coaches directly engage our Corporate Partners in advance of the trip to determine the OD goals of the corporation. This translates into focused dialogue and development in areas such as: leadership, problem solving, emotional intelligence, group dynamics, cross-functional cooperation, project management and other issues that directly impact a bottom line.
